RBI Assistant 2023 Online Application
The Online Application Dates are announced through the RBI Assistant 2023 Notification. The Online registration process has begun with the release of RBI Assistant Notification on 13th September 2023. The candidates who have been waiting for the RBI Assistant Notification 2023, must apply much before the last date 04th October 2023

RBI Assistant 2023 Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay Rs. 450 (for General and OBC Candidates or Rs. 50 for Candidatyes belonging to SC/ST/PWD) as the application fee for RBI Assistant 2023 Exam.
He/She can pay the application fee online using net banking or by any credit/debit card.
*No application fee is required to paid by the RBI staff.

RBI Assistant 2023 Eligibility criteria
I. Nationality:
a candidate must be either:
i. a citizen of India, or
ii. a subject of Nepal, or
iii. a subject of Bhutan, or
iv. a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
v. a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India. A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary may be admitted to the examination, but the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate is issued to him/her by the Government of India.
II. Age (as on 01‐09‐2023):
Between 20 and 28 years. Candidates born not earlier than 02/09/1995 and not later than 01/09/2003 (both days inclusive) are only eligible to apply.
Relaxation in the Upper Age Limit: Upper age limit will be relaxed as under:

(vi) | Candidates having work experience in Reserve Bank of India | To the extent of number of years of such experience, subject to maximum of 3 years |
III. Educational Qualifications (as on 01‐09‐2023):
i. At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in the aggregate and the knowledge of word processing on PC.
ii. A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category (except dependents of ex-servicemen) should either be a graduate from a recognized University or should have passed the matriculation or its equivalent examination of the Armed Forces and rendered at least 15 years of defence service.
iii. Candidates applying for post in a particular recruiting Office should be proficient in the language (i.e., know to read, write, speak and understand the language) of the state/ any of the states falling under the recruiting Office.
RBI Assistant 2023 Selection Process
Selection process of RBI Assistant 2023 go through 3 stages :
- Preliminary exam
- Mains exam
- Language Proficiency Test (LPT)
Note: * Preliminary and Mains examinations are of Objective types.
* The candidates provisionally shortlisted from the main on-line examination will have to undergo a language proficiency test (LPT).
* Candidate not proficient in the Official / Local Language shall be disqualified.

III. Language Proficiency Test (LPT) – The candidates provisionally shortlisted from the main on-line examination will have to undergo a language proficiency test (LPT). The language proficiency test will be conducted in the Official / Local Language/s of the State concerned as detailed in Annex-IV.
Candidate not proficient in the Official / Local Language shall be disqualified.

RBI Assistant 2023 Salary
Pay Scale:
Selected Candidates will draw a starting basic pay of ₹20,700/- per month in the scale of ₹20700 – 1200 (3) – 24300 – 1440 (4) – 30060 – 1920 (6) – 41580 – 2080 (2) – 45740 – 2370 (3) – 52850 – 2850 (1) – 55700 and other allowances, as admissible from time to time.
At present, initial Monthly Gross Emoluments (without HRA) for Assistant will be approximately ₹47,849/-.
**House Rent Allowance of 15% of Pay will be paid to them, additionally, if they are not staying in Bank’s accommodation.
RBI Assistant 2023 Admit card/Call letter
RBI Assistant 2023 Admit card will be released by RBI on its Official website 1-2 weeks before the examination. Candidates are required to download the admit card from its official website.
Note: RBI won’t be sent admit card to candidates via post.
To login to the official website, a candidates will require the following:
- Registration No/ Roll No.
- Date of Birth/ Password
The Admit card will be issued in all three phases of examinations i.e., Preliminary examination, Main examination and Language Proficiency Test.
RBI Assistant 2023 Results
The RBI will release the result of the RBI Assistant 2023 exam within 1-2 weeks after the examination is over. Candidates who appeared for the RBI Assistant exam can check the result & scorecard at the official website. The result will release separately for each stage and the RBI Assistant final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the Mains exam and Languages Proficiency Test.
RBI Assistant 2023 Cut off
